Crumbled Veggie Burger Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Dr Prager’s veggie burger
- 2 pieces of bibb lettuce
- 2 tbsp of shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp of purple onion
- Diced red pepper
- Fresh lime juice
- ½ tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Begin by heating through the Dr Prager’s veggie burger according to the heating instructions.
- While that is heating through, wash and dry 2 slices of bibb lettuce, shred the carrot, and dice up the purple onion and red pepper and mix together in a bowl.
- Once the veggie burger is done heating through, crumble the veggie burger over the vegetables.
- Squeeze a splash of fresh lime juice and mix in ½ tbsp of low sodium soy sauce.
- Mix all ingredients together and fill the two pieces of bibb lettuce with the filling and enjoy.
