Crumbled Veggie Burger Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 Dr Prager’s veggie burger
  • 2 pieces of bibb lettuce
  • 2 tbsp of shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp of purple onion
  • Diced red pepper
  • Fresh lime juice
  • ½ tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating through the Dr Prager’s veggie burger according to the heating instructions.
  2. While that is heating through, wash and dry 2 slices of bibb lettuce, shred the carrot, and dice up the purple onion and red pepper and mix together in a bowl.
  3. Once the veggie burger is done heating through, crumble the veggie burger over the vegetables.
  4. Squeeze a splash of fresh lime juice and mix in ½ tbsp of low sodium soy sauce.
  5. Mix all ingredients together and fill the two pieces of bibb lettuce with the filling and enjoy.
