For most patients, they will be eating 5 times a day: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. How often will I see the medical provider?

You will meet with a medical provider weekly in our in-office program and biweekly through our virtual Transition Anywhere program. We allow an occasional alcoholic drink on the program, but we recommend limiting alcohol to allow for optimal weight loss. Your provider will help guide you regarding the different alcohol beverage choices and their impacts on weight loss.

We advise against soda consumption while on the program. There are a few healthier soda alternatives that we may recommend if you currently drink soda.

We provide all of our patients with a copy of our low carb vegetable and fruit list and allow them to consume foods from this list in moderation.

What if I want to lose weight with my spouse?

While each person’s journey is unique, we happily accommodate couples or family members who want to go on their journey to a healthier lifestyle together. We even off a discount when two patients join the program together!

Yes! Our program accepts both.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance, but some patients are able to submit the bill to their insurance if they offer a medical weight loss reimbursement option.

Do you offer weight loss medications?

Yes, one of the many benefits of our program being medically-based is that we are able to offer prescription weight loss medications to our patients. They can help the body fight hunger and cravings and make patients feel more full. It is a provider-patient mutual decision after discussing one’s medical history and clients can certainly opt not to add medications to their weight loss regime. It is just one more tool in the weight management toolbox.
