Transition Medical Weight Loss is proud to be in-network with most major insurance providers including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, and Mass General Brigham Health Plans, making our comprehensive medical weight loss program more accessible to patients across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and beyond.
Confirm we are in-network for your specific plan by using your insurance provider directory (member portal) and search for Transition Weight Loss or Joseph Zucchi, PA-C. If you cannot find us in the directory, call the member services number on your insurance card or call our office and we will verify benefits prior to your visit.
