Riced Cauliflower Salmon Bowl with cucumbers, green onions, sriracha/low sodium soy sauce

Ingredients
1 packet of Chicken of The Sea Salmon Packet
1 cup of cauliflower rice (Green Giant)
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced radishes
Shredded carrot
Diced green onions
½ tbsp of low sodium soy sauce or sriracha
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower rice according to the directions on the package.
- While the cauliflower rice is cooking, cut up and dice the cucumbers, radishes, shredded carrots, and green onions.
- Once the cauliflower rice is done, put it into a bowl. Add the salmon packet on top along with all of the vegetables.
- Garnish with green onions and drizzle ½ tbsp of low sodium soy sauce or sriracha for a little extra flavor.
