Riced Cauliflower Salmon Bowl with cucumbers, green onions, sriracha/low sodium soy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Chicken of The Sea Salmon Packet

  • 1 cup of cauliflower rice (Green Giant)

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Sliced radishes

  • Shredded carrot

  • Diced green onions

  • ½ tbsp of low sodium soy sauce or sriracha

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower rice according to the directions on the package.
  2. While the cauliflower rice is cooking, cut up and dice the cucumbers, radishes, shredded carrots, and green onions.
  3. Once the cauliflower rice is done, put it into a bowl. Add the salmon packet on top along with all of the vegetables.
  4. Garnish with green onions and drizzle ½ tbsp of low sodium soy sauce or sriracha for a little extra flavor.
