Salmon burger with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
- One packet of Chicken of the Sea Salmon Packet
- 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 1 tbsp diced celery
- 2 tbsp of bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice 1 tbsp of onion and 1 tbsp of celery.
- Empty the salmon packet into a bowl. Mix in 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt, the diced vegetables, and 2 tbsp of bread crumb and mix together.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into a small salmon burger. You may need to add in a little extra bread crumbs if the mixture is too sticky.
- Use spray oil to lightly grease a fry pan. Heat the fry pan to medium heat.
- Once the fry pan is warm, cook the salmon burger until it is crispy and warmed through. Flip the burger a couple times while it is cooking.
- Place on top of a bed of lettuce or with a side of vegetables and enjoy.
