“Snack Wraps” with Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of KidFresh Chicken Nuggets (apx 7 pieces)
  • 2 slices of bibb lettuce
  • Low or zero calorie dressing or condiment such as Skinny Girl dressing
  • Hot sauce
  • Sugar free BBQ sauce
  • Other vegetables such as onion, tomato are optional

Instructions

  1. Begin by baking the KidFresh Chicken Nuggets according to the instructions on the box.
  2. While the chicken nuggets are baking, wash and prepare the bibb lettuce and any other vegetables you may want to include in your snack wrap.
  3. After the chicken nuggets are done baking, allow them to slightly cool before assembling. Once they are cooled, place 2-3 chicken nuggets in each piece of bibb lettuce. Add any low calorie condiment and other vegetables such as chopped onions or tomatoes.
  4. Fold the snack wrap in half and enjoy.
