Cottage Cheese Lunch bowl with green onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers

  • 1 container of plain or chive cottage cheese (5.3 oz)
  • A pinch of green onions
  • ⅓ cup chopped cucumbers
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped peppers

Instructions

  1. Empty 1 container (5.3 oz) of cottage cheese into a bowl.
  2. Chop up ¼ cup cucumbers, ¼ cup tomatoes, ¼ cup bell peppers and a pinch of green onion.
  3. Combine chopped vegetables with cottage cheese. Add in any fresh herbs or zero calories seasonings for some extra flavor.
