- 1 container of plain or chive cottage cheese (5.3 oz)
- A pinch of green onions
- ⅓ cup chopped cucumbers
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped peppers
Instructions
- Empty 1 container (5.3 oz) of cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Chop up ¼ cup cucumbers, ¼ cup tomatoes, ¼ cup bell peppers and a pinch of green onion.
- Combine chopped vegetables with cottage cheese. Add in any fresh herbs or zero calories seasonings for some extra flavor.
